What we did
Built an AI-driven delivery workflow fitted to Turner & Townsend's own process. Each ticket moves through analysis, planning, implementation, testing and code review, with the team kept up to date and review feedback handled in the same loop.
Outcome
Simpler, standardised and faster delivery. Development became more predictable, new features ship with fewer defects, and bugs are resolved sooner.
