A foundation for an AI product that ingests documents and meeting recordings, analyses them and answers questions over the results, for many client organisations.
What we did
Built the multi-tenant foundation: secure isolation for each organisation, event-driven processing pipelines, a shared service framework, and API contracts that let teams work in parallel.
Outcome
A distributed UK and India team built six services and seven AI agents in parallel on this foundation. A new service went from template to deployed in a single day, and switching AI provider became a configuration change.
